We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the day your order is delivered. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, so that we can assess the issue and send you a replacement.
To start a return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will respond with instructions on how to proceed and where to send your return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. We also do not cover the cost of return shipping.

When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not.
If approved, you will be refunded on your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
